Mr and Mrs O’Neil contacted us when they were purchasing their property, so the sale had not even been completed. They were wanting to get small modifications done to their new home before they moved in.
We went through the range of services we offer and they asked to take our full range. We asked what they intended to get done in the house initially and also for the best quotes they had received form varies companies they had contacted. The total cost of their quotes came to £15,000, we went to our suppliers and we were able to save them over £4000 + Vat, and on such a small order.

Rochdale – Canterbury Lodge
Detached Property – Extensions, refurbishment, loft conversions, new kitchens, patios this job had it all and was built on budget and on time.
I work away from home most weeks so I just handed my project over to Paul and 26 weeks on we are just finishing things off and are almost ready to install the new kitchen and bathrooms.
The project has run very smoothly, on time and under budget. We have saved £1000s by using Bricks and Pieces. I never realised that having major works undertaken could be done in such an organised manner. Well done to everyone involved, especially Kevin the builder and his team.

I had already commissioned an architect and submitted a planning application, for a design that I knew I still wasn’t 100% happy with, when my builder recommended Bricks and Pieces to me. Paul surveyed my house and spent a lot of time understanding exactly what I was looking to achieve. A short while later, Paul emailed me several innovative 3D designs that my wife and I loved. Their fee was very reasonable and worth every penny.
We used Bricks and Pieces design and build service previously, for our loft conversion back in 2014. We engaged their loft conversion specialist as the price we were quoted was a lot cheaper than quotes I had received from other builders.
