Garage Conversion and interior design

Home extension and interior design

The Challenge

The clients first engaged us in 2014 when they wanted a loft conversion. After completing our usual 3D design procedure, we obtained a certificate of lawfulness (as the loft conversion was built using their permitted development rights) we went on to obtain building regulation approval. As the clients used our complete package including steps 2 and 3 we found them a loft conversion specialist, from our panel of builders. They were delighted with the price they paid and the quality of workmanship from the appointed builder.
Since then the client has recommended us to family and friends so we were delighted when he contacted us again in 2017 and invited us around as he and his wife wanted to utilise the garage space to make their kitchen and dining room larger. We immediately set the wheels in motion, with the design and various approvals. This time we invited garage conversion specialists, from our builder’s panel, to tender for the work (All of which generally offer the most competitive prices for their speciality).

The Solution

The garage conversion easily facilitated the new kitchen design and Mr and Mrs Glover saved £1000s from the cost of their project.

Although it was only a small contract, it was great to see the clients and their family were able to enjoy the extra space.

The client heard about our video testimonials and asked if he could be included as he wanted to share his positive experience with other homeowners.
