We then help you prepare and plan before you approach prospective builders. Helping you identify professional builders you want to invite to tender for your project. You may already have a builder in mind and require comparison prices from other builders including members of our professional network.

DISCOUNT SHOPPING

We initially take you through your design and we will identity the items that with our help and trade discounts we will be able to save you not £100s but £1000s when purchasing. Items like Fitted Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedroom furniture, Windows, Bi Folding doors, floor finishes the list goes on and on.

CALCULATE TRUE COSTS

As we are from the building industry our Quantity Surveyor works out the true costs for your building project. The price we would realistically expect back from a builder. Once we are armed with this information we can protect you from inflated builders prices.

PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT

Once we have established what we want the builders to quote for we produce all the relevant documentation to send to builders of your choice. We can also give you access to our own network of builders who are happy to tender for the works. These are builders we are happy to recommend and trust.

SHORTLISTING

Once all the builders prices have been returned we look through the prices and help you negotiate with the builders and help you decide the best builder for the job.
